Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a dynamic yoga practice combining movement with breath in a smooth sequence.

This practice builds strength and mobility with a pop of heat!

You will leave feeling energised, calm and grounded.

Hatha Yoga / Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a steady traditional practice that focuses on holding poses with mindful breathing. It builds strength, improves flexibility and encourages calm concentration, making it ideal for beginners or anyone wanting a slower class.


Vinyasa Flow / Strong Flow

A stronger Yoga Flow designed to build strength and flexibility to the next level!

Think stronger flows and transitions, stronger inversions and balances, to build upper and lower body strength whilst increasing flexibility.

Yin Yoga / Yoga Relax

Yin and Relax are our slowest classes, where we take our time to melt into poses and hold for longer periods to gently stretch connective tissues and release deep tension.

The ultimate class for mental and physical relaxation and reset!

Pilates Tone

Pilates Tone is the perfect way to build core strength, improve posture and build long lean muscle.

Through targeted controlled exercises, we learn to move our bodies from strong core foundations to improve alignment and balance.

Shred & Stretch

A dynamic mix of Pilates, Yoga and HiiT, designed to build muscle, stamina and improve fitness.

This is a low-impact class with high intensity and is a great way to maintain strength and fitness in a safe and balanced way!

Pregnancy / Momma yoga

A soothing class dedicated to mommas-to-be and new mommas.

Our qualified yoga teachers will guide you through postures and relaxation techniques that support this wonderful time of life and bring balance to your body and mind.
